The files from the M10 Monochrom are sensational, but I think this are files I will never be satisfied with, because depending on my mood, or my experience, I might want to give more interpretations to every image in the future.
In fact, I've already changed some of the ones I've published, and I may post them again in some years looking very different...
I'm ok with that, and today I'm giving you a couple of interpretations of Maria in this corridor in the ghost town of Consonno.
At this time she was fully dressed, and we were just exploring before going to the car this old people's house, which was the last functioning activity in the village.
When I saw the light in this corridor, I asked Maria if she could get undressed once more for me, because it was an incredible light to capture in Momochrom, and fortunately she was gracious enough to do it, because I think we got some interesting results.
I love how she is dissolving in the daylight coming from the windows in this photo, and how pitch black are the darkest shadows.
Only this Leica sensor is giving me such organic contrasts, making the pictures alive.
One more photo of Maria in Consonno today on my regular social media feed, shot from the other side of the corridor, not sure which of the 2 I prefer, but I love them both, even if she is so small in the frame.
