Italian models appear to be more volatile, but probably it is just the fact of living in Italy for some years that is giving the girls the idea of having no obligations towards signed contracts...
Speaking with foreign models about the Italian models fleeing from my project, they look at me dumbfounded and ask: "Didn't they sign a model release?"
And I reply: "Of course they did".
And they tell me: "So how can they do it?"
Because we live in Italy, where a contract has no value if you are not a professional photographer, and very little value even if you are.
Also Mescaline decided she wanted to delete the most explicit photo we made from the web, because some of them ended up on a porn site, but she behaved in a civil way gave me back some of the money, and we decided I can still use the pictures as long as the genitals are not visible.
I have cropped the ones on Patreon, and I will post more on my regular social media, following the new rules.
I'm sorry for having lost so many good pictures, but I'm happy to still have this singular beauty in the project.
Let's hope NOT to loose any other model along the way, partially or completely, Italian or foreign, but remember what I have been asking you all the time: do NOT share my photos in any way, shape or form because, also in this case, it was the reason why she wanted to revise the norms of our contract.
