The Da Vinci Hotel in Milan has balconies looking out on both sides, this was looking towards north and out of Milan, that's why you can see some green.
The balconies are just on 7th and 8th floor only, the last 2 stories, so nobody was bothering us or looking at us, not even from near balconies.
The burst of flashlight is helping the legibility of the face features, and the body in general.
