Life Updates / Plans for the Future

UPDATE!

First, I want to apolgize for the lack of content during this recent few weeks. I've mostly been focusing on things involving the move to Texas that's happening next month, although "anxiously fretting" would probably be a better term for it. Didn't help that I thought the move was much sooner than me and my boyfriend had planned (because my memory is kinda crap at times and he's been the main planner).  After learning the reality that is that we will be moving to Texas in LATE March, I've calmed down a lot more. 

I have been drawing a lot more lately too, or at least managing to balance my time between personal pics, commissions and gaming. @_@ Kinda found a good flow with how I sketch out work and getting ideas down (those 15 min timed sketches helped). However, I have been posting a LOT of them on Twitter, mainly due to just convenience since a lot of you are on there, and because it's just plain easier to post multiple pics than on here. I'm trying to compile more of the indiviual sketches into pages just for easier posting when I post them here.

Which leads to my next point: I've been trying to write down my thoughts for what I want to change or fix for my Patreon in the future in a notebook. Don't worry, these changes won't be immediate or anything. A lot of the minor changes will probably be scattered throughout the next month while the big changes are most likely going to be made in April. (Unless I manage some epiphany and find the perfect setup way early in advance).

What are these changes and why are they happening? 

Well to put it simply, I just want to make things simpler for all parties, and because of the change in financial scenery for me. Let's just say that this move will give me some financial breathing room so I won't have to work on commissions AS much, which means that I can focus on personal and collab projects more.

These changes are mostly changes to rewards, such as what types of pics I'll offer and what kinds of other things I'll be offering as rewards. I don't really know for sure what I want to do for all of that, but I will be posting an update on my thoughts for that when I can narrow it down. I will say that I want to go back to doing only sketches and colored sketches  for rewards and that I do want to keep trying to offer PSDs for some of my work. In addition, I want to remove "stacking" rewards, mainly to make things less messy for both parties. (mainly me since it can be confusing to keep up with all that through the Google Forms).  

Other changes I will be making will be the removal of certain tiers and price changes for some pledges tiers. This is primarily  to simplify things and to make it a bit more accessible for new Patrons.

Welp I think that's all I have for now.  These are just tenative thoughts and ideas I've been having throughout the month. I hope to give you another update with my final thoughts.   Thank you for reading this long update. PLEASE  PLEASE  PLEASE let me know your thoughts on this.
