There's still stuff in progress here in AliveUI but I thought the current version I have is looking pretty decent and decided to share this too today, for people that want to try something new. This is AliveUI 12 & 13 in one, I didn't release v12 publicly due to some bugs, and it ended up a bigger release.
CHANGES
The side menu can now be minimized, to make the UI more compact like in the older AliveUI versions
There's quick face effects buttons, similar to the new ones in AliveCore plus one extra
There's a new expressions selector and a new eye focus selector using an updated popup system.
There's lots of expressions changes, similar to the ones earlier in AliveCore. The mouth might be maybe too often open for some in these versions. That's something I'm still working on, to try to make the mouth act more realistic.
There's also the new activities system. You can pick one activity to add on the model, and it will alter the model in one way or another. The activities have a help section if you press on the question mark button on them. The streamer activity is not great yet, it's WIP, it's more of a test now. The Dance one is the coolest so far I think. It plays random aliveloop dances from you favorites list. Activities don't have settings yet.
Chewing now has sounds again, like in the old Alive, for people into ASMR. There's some changes also for breathing to be more subtle.
The latest packs of aliveloops animations, Hot Septemeber, work now with AliveUI too and they have a new category. There's also a new cache system for aliveloops to improve the UI speed. First time when they load, aliveloops cards will load slower but after that things will move faster.
There's also a new panel in the UI that indicates the status of Alive addons (voices & morphs)

You can use the morphs pack above if you want more expressions in VAM. If you have this pack, the models expressions should look better than just with the default VAM expressions which are very limited.

ALIVE UI has support for voicepacks. To use them, just add the VARs in the addonpackages folder and select the voices from the voice settings panel in the Alive UI. AliveUI comes with a default builtin voice pack too that's similar to the female1 pack but lower quality. The v2 packs have a lot more lines than the other packs that are v1.
