Here, she gets fatter, not as much as you’d expect, but in the next part she will probably be the biggest girl you’ve ever seen in this game.
So, try increasing her Weight Gain Capacity as much as you can, to be prepared...

At the end of the month, the Annual Halloween Event begins.
Luna the Witch is the grand prize of the event, so those of you who don’t have her, you have a once a year chance to get her!
And make sure you do, cause Luna’s Weight Gain/Inflation story is about to get added to the game, as soon as Nicole #4 is finished.
You won’t be able to play Luna’s story if you don’t have her in your collection.
