The issue with Louise's story, and with sex in general, is resolved in the Hungry Girls game!
For those of you that want to play the story from the beginning, you can use the Cheat Code

Sorry for the inconvenience. The Story mode is something new for me, and it's only natural for some errors to take place. I'm learning my lesson from all that, and I can assure you that you won't experience such inconvenience again in the near future...
