Yey, As for addition feedback, I would work on the eyes a bit more and add some of the tendrals Carnage usually has a bit randomly around the body. For textures I'd add a bit more black patches and darken the red, if you want sone recommendations Ultimate Carnage's design has a nice pallet with some bio luminescence involved.
