Changes in 2nd tier

I decided to little change reward for 2nd tier (6$). As I guess work in progress stuff not so interesting. So I removed that reward and did a new. Now (starting with next) each paid scene will has a little extra bonus. For example in "Hot coffee" scene it could was just one more pose in toilet.
For 3$ patrons - don't worry, you still will have access to all completed content, just except that bonuses. Bonuses is just a method to show my appreciate for your support.
