New Upfront Payments
Added 2016-07-08 06:26:04 +0000 UTCHey guys, quick announcement. There is a new system in place which allows supporters like you to be charged as soon as you pledge, meaning that there won't be any waiting around till the 1st of the next month for rewards!
How does that affect those of you already pledged? You will still be charged on the 1st of every month, no changes there. If you upgrade your pledge, however, the DIFFERENCE will be paid out as soon as you make the change. So going from $10 to $20 mid-month will charge you $10 and then the full $20 as usual as soon as the next month rolls around.
This will help new supporters immediate reward access and will stop anyone who tries to get rewards without paying (which isn't fair to you all who do pay).
Please ask me if you have any concerns or confusion, but know that this isn't going to hurt anyone in any way. It just changes the time which people will be charged for the first time.
