The Mandalorian 3x2 Uncut Reaction!

What's up, homies! It's time for another episode of The Mandalorian. It seems like this season is going to continue exploring some really cool Star Wars lore, and we can't wait to get into it.

Let us know how you're feeling about this season so far in the comments.

The Mandalorian 3x2 Uncut Reaction!

Will Grogu tame the Mythasuar or will the Dark Saber tame it? Din Djarin to Bo Katan's "This is the way" was acknowledging her acknowledgement of the creed! Amazing! Can't wait for the theme park ride equivalent.

Peter Evans

“You’re riding a Rancor? That’s cute, I remember my first beer. Hold on, I need to find a place to park my freakin Mythasour”

Eric Sabio

The design of that cyborg thing was so awesome omg!! Wish we got some lore on what that was, or get the chance to see it again. Love the light-horror in here, and your discussion about the mythical side of Star Wars!

Crowned Cryptid

Hoo boy, this season is going to be a RIDE! So happy to have you guys reacting to this. The immediate rewatch along with you is the best way to dive into this show. This is the way.

Ryan Noakes

Really enjoying this season so far and especially loved the interactions between Bo-Katan with Din and Grogu! I also enjoyed seeing her fight with the Dark Saber!

Maura Lee

I was jumping with the jump-scares as well. Really liked this episode, Bo-Katan is great, and I hope she stays as co-star for the season.

Roman Penna

So much to love about this episode. We got to see Bo-Katan wield the Darksaber in live action, which was awesome. Visiting Mandalore and learning some cool Mandalorian history. I especially liked Bo-Katan lamenting the Mandalorian's fractured state; it got me wondering how often she thinks about her time with Death Watch, and how they may have contributed to the fall of Mandalore.

Jake Samuels

Ep 2 was muuuuuch better than Ep 1. That said, this week’s episode of the Bad Batch was WAYYYYYYY better than Mandalorian. (And I’ll admit, I jumped more than once with the jump scares)

John Liang

I'm not usually a shipper, but I could see Bo-Katan and Din together. They have an alliance now, so maybe they don't have to duel for the Darksaber after all. They are both part of different sects that they can bring together to rebuild Mandalore.

Hidde Heikoop

First it was Purrgil, now a Mythosaur.. Favreau & Filoni be bringing all kinds of Fantastic Beasts for S3!!

Nurhadi Roshaimi

I always enjoy seeing the interaction between Din and Peli. Comedy gold. This episode had a more sci-fi thriller feel much like epi. 2 in season 2 with the ice spiders. Very cool. I wonder why that cyborg creature extracted Din's blood. Unless it was just to torture him. It's fun seeing how Grogu is getting more vocal and becoming more independent. I'm sure more surprises awaits us. Can't wait!

Bo Katana walked downed into those mines not really believing the mythology of Mandalore. Now she has proof that at least aspects of it are real. It's gonna be interesting to see where they take this.

Grezick

The thing that came out of the crab mech reminded me of a Geonosian. The staff, the way it walked, it even made sounds like a Geonosian. Wonder if whomever created Grevious also experimented on Geonosians.

Here’s a great example of why I love being a patron. I usually enjoy a show on my own first and then catch a second viewing with the three of you for a new layer of insights, commentary, and humor. For some reason, the first episode of this season of The Mandalorian didn’t excite me — until I watched it that second time with you, and your infectious enthusiasm got me pumped for it. I watched this second episode for the first time with you instead. It’s just a show you want to experience with people having a great time with it!

Chad-Michael Simon

Poor Papa Pedro has not been having a good last couple of weeks. He's been poked that many times you'd think he was a pin cushion.

Reece Hart

I got a feeling Din Djarin gets all clumsy and making mistakes when Bo-Katan is around on purpose, just so she can be his knight in shining armor. Remember her appearance in season 2? And now she saves him twice in the same day. Now Bo-Katan is gonna go all Daenerys and conquer everything by Fire and Blood

Carol Rozendo

Maybe Bo Katan is going to go, "Screw the Darksaber, I am going to rally all of the clans of Mandalore by riding a Mythosaur."

David Lonewolf Wright

Yeah i been checking the podcasts Chanel and I haven’t seen a new video so I was just wondering

Saul Martinez

They mentioned somewhere (don’t remember what video) that all future mcu movie reviews will be done on the podcast and not their own separate video

RyanKlip

Love the new Mandalorian stuff but did y’all ever drop y’all ant man review?

Saul Martinez

I'm not sure because we're so early in the season, but there are some hints of the two of them "meeting in the middle" and influencing each other's world view. Din might become more lenient or even disillusioned re: his creed, just this episode he had to admit Bo was right and the Armorer wrong. As for BoKatan, I don't know. She's pragmatic more than a true believer, she knows that without the darksaber her people won't follow her. She could ally with Din, she could try to win the saber again, she could decide that Mandalore is worth a shot at ruling without the saber, however that might work out. I'm excited for it regardless.

Elisa DL

Din offered the dark saber to Bo Katan last season but she wouldn't accept it. Despite her being dismissive of superstition and fairy tales, she does seem to believe she has to "win" the dark saber from the current wielder if she wants other Mandalorians to acknowledge her leadership.

Remus

Definitely enjoyed this one! And it might be the first episode I'm really sold on live action BoKatan, there's so much to explore there. In a way she's more worthy of the darksaber than Din, and not just because she's more skilled with it, there's so much history there with her family and legacy. Fascinating contrast with Din's Mandalorian identity being so disconnected from the planet's society and history, for him the living waters are a legend, for BoKatan it's her not-so-distant daily life. However it will end, with the two of them fighting or collaborating, with Din giving her the saber willingly or with Bo fighting for it or giving up on it, it's gonna be fascinating.
