But really enjoyed her competence as a lawyer that began the show. Hoping for more of that and the 4th-wall asides as the show progresses. I hope the show has us saying What would Jennifer Walters do at the end of the series.

2022-08-19 10:07:10 +0000 UTCThe relationship between Bruce and Jen reminded me of my own relationship with my big brother. Giving me sh** most of my life, but always coming from a good place. Bruce just wants to protect Jen from the negativity she’ll encounter once the public knows she’s a Hulk. He just doesn’t do it an endearing way. Which is how I’ve always seen Bruce Banner. More logical than emotive. Tatiana Maslany is doing a great job! She’s able to carry out all the comedy bits and dramatic moments this first episode. Can’t wait to see more.

2022-08-19 02:35:30 +0000 UTCThat was so awesome! Tatiana was made for this role in the same way Iman Vellani was for Ms. Marvel. Totally makes me want to go back a look at the comics as well. Bruce and Jen's relationship reminds me soooo much of my own relationships with my younger brothers. Especially since I'm the oldest and I'm 5'6 and my younger brothers are all 6'3 or taller..lol That part of the fight where he was holding her back by the forehead brought way to many childhood memories...lol But I can't wait for more.

David Banner was in a car crash and couldn’t pull open the door to save his wife. This led to his experiments with gamma radiation. Jen in this version was able to do it, pull Bruce out and get turned into She-Hulk.
