2021-07-08 23:40:30 +0000 UTCMy brain went to a strange place in the middle of a massage therapy session today.... what if the person inside the castle is the Sylvie that could have grown up without the TVA coming to get her as a child? Rennslayer said that she did not remember what Sylvie's nexus event was (clearly a lie), but what if kid Sylvie's nexus event was being good-ish, and she was meant to be bad. Also, a truly evil Sylvie would be crushing for (our) Loki to face, and would be the greatest test of his desire to make people change. Am I way off? I was halfway to dreamland during the massage.

2021-07-08 04:08:19 +0000 UTCSo I have been thinking about the only way these vastly different variants of Loki are possible and the only thing that makes any sense is there is still an intact multiverse that has all of the possibilities that create variety (female Loki, jacked Loki, Alligator Loki...) but now they are all being manipulated to have identical events. With them all of these strings coming together to meet at a singular forming a giant web... Spider-Loki is the main villain. Just kidding about the end part, but I would guess there is untold power available at a point where all of the multiverses meet.

Our Loki inspires Classic Loki to sacrifice himself and then Sylvie inspires our Loki to find the power to help enchant Alioth.

2021-07-07 15:01:28 +0000 UTCI'm still coming down off of chills. The climax of this episode was as fulfilling and thrilling as any in the MCU. I love that the classic comics Loki costume felt like a joke at first, but by the time he was in full stance and literally conjuring all of Asgard with fists of green fury, they sold it for realsies. SO good.
