It's very rambly but it was rather cathartic to spend time thinking about baking again.

2022-06-23 06:06:46 +0000 UTCthe only thing i know how to make from scratch (baking-wise) is chocolate chip cookies so i am some what of a connoisseur myself, a baking genius if you will. recently i was behind on grocery shopping and was out of eggs but the itch was itching. so i substituted the eggs with 1 tbs of cream cheese, used dark brown sugar, and refrigerated for 30 min before baking and they turned out great. anyways i’m very proud and this seemed appropriate for the subject at hand. thanks so much, i love the sfw audios. everything from your tone of voice to your choice of words is the epitome of comfort🌼
