That's actually a really good lore question. Clockwork Karmastry users are know for their big chunky toruses. Over time they either develop VERY strong back and shoulder muscles (hence this Hugo with big shoulders) or they get terrible curves in their backs. That's why exercise and staying fit as a Clockwork Escape Artist is reALLY important!
