Got mild heat stroke

Wear sunscreen,protective clothing and take frequent breaks if your working in hot weather.
1st really nice day of the year and i go and be an idiot..-_-
Was outside all day yesterday doing yard work to help my dad well i tried to do it all by myself before he got home so he didn'thave to do anything (i always feel kinda useless so i try to help my parents whenever i can)
Well last night at about 5:30 i started thowing up and shivering really bad and seeing spots. So i went to the ER. Pretty much called me an idiot like my family did haha. Said i had some weird ass word but basically overexposed to sun some bad sunburn which will probably turn into sun poisoning and Mild heat stroke.
Lots of water and rest. I just woke up after 15 hours and have drank 3 gallons of water since yesterday. Sever cramps and my skin feels like lava. Good times 👍
