Added 2016-04-26 12:18:49 +0000 UTCFor me working on the story is a VERY time-consuming process which often causes me plenty of grief to be honest. Especially so if I want to ensure that the story is not complete shit. (And I always want to ensure that).
Of course there are instances when it almost writes itself and characters take a life of their own in and all I need to do is write down after them as having a discussion in my head. But more often then not I have to struggle and re-write things a lot.
I write things, I re-write things... I put parts of the text into the game to see if it will work the way I envisioned it or not... If it does - I keep going with the next scene, if it doesn't - I re-write it.
Well, I better get back to work I suppose. Just felt like making a post and decided to seize the opportunity before I changed my mind.

Instead of that, crafting a good story often comes with writing draft after draft after draft after a bottle of cheap wodka after more drafts. Keep up the good work.
