Grok (and probably others) can provide encounters etc in markup that you can paste into a vtt, if you are running a game online.

Deep research with the paid version is a significant step up too. I also recommend checking out Coral AI as a relatively cheap, though paid, way to load and search through more material than you can with the free version of OpenAI to take prep to the next level.
