Escape from the Fey: 2014 or 2024?
Added 2025-05-06 17:50:54 +0000 UTCWe are planning to run our Escape from the Fey adventure module Kickstarter this fall. If you had to choose 1 version of D&D 5e for it, which would you choose?
(Escape from the Fey is the sequel to Into the Fey which we published a few years ago.)

I would say 2014 with some guidance on using it with 2024.

2025-05-10 15:45:09 +0000 UTCMy group and I have looked over the 2024 rules and books and decided that we will only play from the 2014 books. I think that there is enough of us around tat it would be to have it published in the 2014 rules set , but to add a "bonus" area or conversion to the book for those that choose to run the 2024 rules set. I know it is a lot of work to do 2 different rule sets, but I personally think that is the best way to cover 90% of your fan base and patrons.
