For now, Request Videos will be uploaded according to the Tier that requests again.
Now you can buy 1 specific Video in the Big Cheese Tier and above for $ 3 (unfortunately I can't make it cheaper). So if you only want a specific Video in the Big Cheese Tier or above, you don't need to Join that Tier and only need to buy it in the Post Video.
