Hi Sam, I've been following you for a few months on you tube, not only are you a genius, you have a great delivery. I have a 4 way sound system built out of skip and flea bay finds, Punk Dub Hifi. I play proto post punk industrially tinged dubby stuff with a pedal board performance element. I finally took the plunge and bought £60 of stuff from Rapid, my Oscillators work fine, I'm going to put 18 in a box with manual triggers, pitch, tone, volume and LFOs. The only problem I have, after many hours prototyping, is my oscilators using the 9v transistor don't stop when you turn them down, if I use a fresh battery they stop buzzing when turned all the way up and the led stays on, I tried with an old battery last night 8.56v, it worked fine, I tried the guitar pedal adaptor I intend to power my Twonk Drone 667 with, they buzz all the way up, but don't stop when you turn them down. Any ideas? I find that as I turn on several oscillators the tone changes. Also the higher pitched oscillators are massively louder than the lower ones, I suppose this can be sorted eith the volume pots on each bank of oscillators tho. Thanks for the mad scientist boffin mayhem.

Has anyone here built one of those super simple oscillators? I'm struggling with mine. I think I must be misunderstanding the circuit diagram or something :( I'm using a 2N3904 transistor, and am powering it via a 12v power supply. If anyone has any build videos or blog posts. Maybe I can spot what I'm doing wrong. :)
