Furby organ update

Today is off to a good start! the midi to gate section has gone together without a hitch. Its just recycling old ideas to make a 44 out midi converter.

The code i found a while back on the net by a fellow called tom scarff i have included it here. Each arduino fires out 11 seperate gates. Didnt have time to cut it down to one with all that fancy multiplexing jiff jaff. So thats that!

The keyboard is nearly done also! I am yet to adjust the code to make it work 100 percent with that. Its another recycled piece of code! i found somewhere. Its uploaded here too! that one may take a bit of thinking to make it work, i will upload it when its sorted later in the week again.

Also! people have requested the code for the BIG BUTTON project! i havent had time to do the layout but maybe you can work it out! any questions dont hesitate to ask!

a couple of notes on that! the rotary switch that selects between the 6 channels is actually acting as a potentiometer with 6 steps. each step has a 2k resistor going to the next one, with ground on one side and 5v on the other. and then going into the assigned analog input! if you cant figure it out fire us a message and i will try to explain it better!

please keep the big button code to yourselves for now! i will be posting it as a project later in the month! and i will have a layout for you all very soon!

needed an epiphany sleep. works better now. thanks man. dont forget the little guy now that you're a youtube sensation. ;D

to sort this search on the code for this line {CHANNELSELECT= analogRead(0); and change the zero to 6???? then you can use analog in 6 for channel select!!! sorry for the mistake.

bummer!!! yeah it probably needs a fiddle around. im getting working on this project next week. i havent actually tested the code since i made it way back when!

Look Mum No Computer

I noticed in the code down down down somewhere it has CHANNEL SELECT analog read 0 but at the top it says its a2 for channel select and pin 14 (i assume a0) is trig 6. So i wondered if maybe there was an error? Thats an easy enough fix but i just wanna make sure the code is like "for sure tested rock solid dont fuck with bryce you dont know what your doing" and maybe i just made a mistake on stripboard orrrrrr? Idk sorry im rambling.
