i think its probably the internet! i might take a look at it. i live in a shut down school at the minute, and theres ethernet cables in the floors so ill route one straight in!!! hahahaha i wish i could opt out of the computer for this one! no can do

2017-10-23 22:03:00 +0000 UTCSeems like you might need a bit more upload bandwidth! That might explain the start stop. If you are connecting via wifi, try to use an ethernet cable instead. Otherwise, maybe try a different (faster) computer? Or maybe you have just hacked together some bad ass non computer hardware device that is somehow streaming...!
