Also, don't feel bad over eating, just remember to have it's healthy equivalent later on to balance out your diet, and take an hour out of your day to exercise the calories away. Though I don't know the healthy equivalent to a whole person, but that's for scientists to figure out. In anycase! Another year to see your creation has arrived and I'm totally down for it!!!
