Some thousands of years ago, Moorhame was a thriving dwarven village in the far North. Home to the Temple of Lady Fortuna, dwarves from across the continent would make pilgrimages to its halls to receive the Lady's blessing. By offering a token to the temple's waters and uttering a prayer to the Goddess, adherents would be granted good fortune.

A calamity stuck Moorhame that does not exist in the records. Some have theorized a particularly destructive meteor shower, while others suspect a rampaging frost giant clan. Its temple and surrounding buildings were leveled near to their foundations, and yet no account of this disaster exists. The only structure left standing was the statue of Lady Fortuna herself, left overlooking the temple's waters. This miracle has been understood as a symbol of the goddess' power, and nobody has since dared to violate the statue — so it has stood in place ever since.

This was a really fun one to make and takes the spot of "biggest map" away from the Observatory. Hope you enjoy!
