Every day, more coins would be thrown, and every morning afterward, those coins would be gone. Sightings of a person dressed in ragged robes lingering by the fountain in the wee hours of the night became common, so a guard was posted to keep watch and put an end to the mischief. The unfortunate guard got a nasty surprise when he confronted the perpetrator – a barrage of acidic, molten metal discharged directly into his face, leaving him blind and horribly disfigured. Local authorities have since decided that the matter demands the skills of trained professionals.
