Body Bundle V.57

Cleaned up the package. Added a simple LiquidMod-CUA plugin to manage a custom unity asset. This is the first release of a CUA with a corresponding plugin. I've also found quite a lot of bugs while beta-testing the software. Please report all bugs you find when testing it out!
In the upcoming update I will try to address all known bugs. I will also release all my misc-plugins if this works out. Stay tuned for more interesting updates and info.
