Physical Water Effects - Mixed VR / Desktop Gameplay

Coming up in next release is a plugin to control the CUA created from a shader originally created by SilVR. This is mostly a test how to interact with the shader and I can probably improve the shader if the interest is there. The reflection probe might be calculated from the surroundings for example.

However, it's working great in combination with the Rope/Floating/Swim/ReAnimator plugin.

Example scenes will be added.
