HK Onyx Studio 7 better than 6?
Added 2022-10-24 14:50:24 +0000 UTCI compared both a while back but recently Cyberport had some discount for the 7 selling it for 130€ and I decided to grab one again. I didn’t remember it to be that bad but to my surprise I liked the 6 way more soundwise.
I’ll probably still keep it to have both 6 and 7 to be compared to the 8 when it gets released soon.
I used my other microphones for this video which are closed thus do not allow for live monitoring well, still I think I managed a decent compensation for them which should offer a pretty realistic sound.
