I guess you would need to confirm with the client? But I know some artists share the "full versions" of commissioned arts as well on support sites (presumably the person commissioning is aware it will be shared, or the client has to charge more to keep it exclusive to only them). I only asked since you already shared it on Pixiv. I just noticed there is a least one other commission I missed that you only posted on Pixiv and not anywhere on fanbox. You could always make another folder somewhere for the "full version" of commissioned work if you agreed to share it publicly with client already.
