Today I found many of my projects shared on a site (even the most recent ones) with all my direct messages to you also posted.
I won't deny that I have already heard that my files are shared on messaging apps like Telegram, but finding the private messages I send you posted with a copy and paste really disappointed me.
As you well know, I have few supporters, I can't even pay for my working hours, but nevertheless I still pay two sculptors to be able to give you three models every month. And each model takes me at least 20 days of work without counting the checks, cuts and printing of the prototypes of all three models.
What to say? I am deeply disheartened by this finding.
I don't want to think that anyone in here could have shared my files with the world, but so it was.
I do everything I can to guarantee you quality models, I was even thinking of exchanging models with other very good sculptors to give you more and more, but right now I don't know what to do anymore.
I repeat, I don't earn thousands of euros from Patreon, and the subscribers are becoming fewer every day. Obviously this is not your fault in the slightest, but allow me a personal vent.
For now I continue to sculpt, but it was a hard blow.
If you are here to share my files for free, you can also go. I don't deserve this.

Thanks so much Joe! Getting to their level is certainly a difficult task, but little by little I'm trying. The last problem is that there are many good sculptors, and they compete for supporters who obviously have to choose their favorites. Those who started earlier from this point of view had more luck, now it is more difficult for us who have just started...

ETSY does not care as I have reported so many items like this and they do nothing...probably because they don't have the manpower to deal with it. Stamp one down and many others fill the void, like a weed. I have been with WICKED and B3DSERK since the beginning and their stuff is posted on ETSY as soon as it's released to us Patreons. Your only hope is to get to such a huge volume like them where it doesn't make hardly a dent in your success. That's a tall order but I think that's the only was to combat this since it isn't going away. Best of luck to you!

2024-05-27 10:46:44 +0000 UTCI was chatting to a friend the other day about how technology advancement is making it easy for things to be stolen. (Cars, movies, etc). I was reading a similar thing on a 3d model website where there were doing something to each model so if something was leaked they would know who had leaked it. And as mentioned by Daniel, other. Creators are facing the same problems I don't know if they have a solution but maybe reach out to them. I am not in a position to support all the creators I like all the time but I will when I can.

2024-05-15 08:50:59 +0000 UTCI found many 3D models stolen from many Patreon sculptors... The people who put the files online don't understand that doing this hurts a lot of good sculptors who risk not earning enough to carry on their work... it's very sad...
