May is here! Plans for the month~

Hi, I'm back from my break. I really needed a pause to get my thoughts in order!

It's finally spring, and the longer days and sunnier weather are making my creativity wake up too. What are my plans for this month? Well, you already know that Mermay is one of my favorite times of the year, so you can expect lots of merfolks (and of course I'll bring my piratexmerman caejose AU back!!)🏴‍☠️️🧜‍♂️💕

I will start the new postcard collection project, the theme will be “7 Deadly Sins”, starting with Pride. I hope you like this new series of illustrations, of which I will continue to make a poll with two choices each month (only Full Breakfast patrons can vote).

Next week I'll already be playing Tears of the Kingdom, so most likely there will be Zelda art! BotW is one of my favorite games ever, I love the aesthetics of the universe in the Switch version. I’m so eager to play the sequel! Oh, talking about video games, during my break I started playing Final Fantasy 7 (the original one haha) and right now I'm veeeeery emotional about it, so I'd also like to draw some fanarts. Are there any fans of these games around here? I wouldn't mind receiving requests 😋💕💕💕

Although I had plenty of rest during the month of April, I’ve been working on comic projects I want to draw this year. I have a good chunk of the draft of the modern Tequila AU comic, of which I've already shared some drawings and strips here, and although I haven't finished writing it yet, I'd like to start sharing pages or sketches by the end of the month. Next month at the latest, if I don't make it. This one is gonna be longer than Alta Marea! 😅

I really want to start new comic projects because it's what I enjoy drawing the most, but the work of writing and preparing the draft is long, and not always interesting to share... sorry for the wait, but I put a lot of care into making the final result worth it.

Of course I also worked on original projects, but I don't have a date for those yet. I prefer to write calmly and share ideas and sketches on Wednesdays.
