I think Caesar's personality matches more a cat one, but I've been thinking a lot of this video of Joseph's and Eren voice actors voicing cats for a commercial ad. (Also watched Dozaemon's episode from Gintama recently...) Anyway I'm sure he would be a really infuriating cat. Hope he will come back to normal soon, Caesar.
