Happy Tuesday, everyone!
I hope you are all having a fantastic start to the week :)
The past week has been very mixedโฆ. Training started amazingly last week, and I could push hard in all my sessions. I love doing some partner workouts and am very competitive with them!! Then we got to Sunday, and I was very inflamed and bloated again. Thankfully, I came on my period yesterday, so hopefully, now the bloating/inflammation will start to go down. Yesterday, I had a complete rest day (which was not easy for me to do). And I am feeling more refreshed today. Training (HITT style is unquestionably a roller coaster while I am still trying to solve the cortisol spikes, lack of sleep, and inflammation.)
I will push hard the next couple of days, and then on Saturday, after training, I am going to Phi Phi Island and staying in a cool place to do some movement ๐งโโ๏ธ ๐คธโโ๏ธ ๐ผ๏ธ.
I thought it would be a good idea to start a training diary documenting everything in my sessions, including thoughts/feelings about how the session went, progressions, and everything in between.
Movement videos and a vlog in the next couple of days :)
