Happy Tuesday, everyone! 

I hope you are all having a fantastic start to the week :) 

The past week has been very mixedโ€ฆ. Training started amazingly last week, and I could push hard in all my sessions. I love doing some partner workouts and am very competitive with them!! Then we got to Sunday, and I was very inflamed and bloated again. Thankfully, I came on my period yesterday, so hopefully, now the bloating/inflammation will start to go down. Yesterday, I had a complete rest day (which was not easy for me to do). And I am feeling more refreshed today. Training (HITT style is unquestionably a roller coaster while I am still trying to solve the cortisol spikes, lack of sleep, and inflammation.) 

 I will push hard the next couple of days, and then on Saturday, after training, I am going to Phi Phi Island and staying in a cool place to do some movement ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ  ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ. 

I thought it would be a good idea to start a training diary documenting everything in my sessions, including thoughts/feelings about how the session went, progressions, and everything in between. 

Movement videos and a vlog in the next couple of days :)

hope you are feeling better! Just as a heads up its been a week since a normal content post. running the numbers here at this level for 130 per month x .25 (1/4 weeks) = 32.50 USD for no content. Hopefully we can get some make up posts, or special content :)

Thanks a lot Andy and I think it is really just from doing too much HITT training. I don't feel stressed mentally, but I think my body is stressed from all the training. Anyway will hopefully sort it out soon โค๏ธ have a great start to the weekend ๐Ÿฅฐ

It is important to let your body recover ever once in a while. We are close to the same age and Iv noticed it takes my body much longer to recover. I know you like to push yourself, heck I do too, but you should take one day a week to let your body fully recover. I hope you're having a wonderful week and can't wait to see what you can create in Phi Phi

Hi Rosie. I am so sorry that the bloating/inflammation problem seems to trouble you so much. Can the Medical Profession not help?Could it be aggravated by stress? I do hope that these troubles go away soon. I shall be thinking of you. So take care and good luck with the training.
