Good morning everyone! 

Happy Sunday and happy November :) This month is going to be amazing. 

I have found the root cause of my fatigue and high cortisol. Two days ago, I went to the doctor and found out I had been deficient in vitamin B. This can have significant knock-on effects on feeling tired, unable to concentrate, shortness of breath, cortisol, and basically all the symptoms I have been feeling. 

My sleep has also been terrible, so I have been prescribed a B multivitamin and sleeping tablets- and honestly (after just two days of the treatments, I feel so much better- it’s crazy! So, hopefully, in the coming weeks, this will continue to improve.

This morning, as I was creating my schedule for next week, I felt a clarity I hadn’t felt for some time. The same is true for movement practice. 

Now I feel very excited to progress with everything and bring you all along!! 

I will integrate more of my handstand/contortion and core training with movement. My aim is to make these sessions as fluid as possible.  I guess I am developing my kind of practice- (extreme fluid yoga- with a hand-balancing contortionist).

A new gym has opened along the street where I live, so there are now two gyms very close to me that offer Hyrox-style sessions. All being well, I plan to do at least one (potentially two) of these sessions daily. 

My weight training split for the next week will be push, pull, and legs. I was toying with sticking to an upper-lower split. However, with all the classes I will be doing, covering the full upper body in one session makes it a lot of volume, and I struggle to push with the intensity desired in every exercise. 

So, I will rotate my push and pull legs daily with one rest day a week. 

While I have been away, I have gotten into meditation. I listen to a Kundalini/ Bineral beats style piece on YouTube; what I have experienced through this has been incredible. It has always been challenging for me to completely relax. However, meditation has helped me to do this, and I will continue to get better and better the more I can practice.

The potential of what we can achieve through meditation and the power to tap into certain states is beyond belief, and I am very excited to keep exploring this. 

Everything is energy and frequency, and I think when we become conscious of this, we can feel everything—within ourselves and around us. I have just started reading the book Becoming Supernatural by Joe Dispenza. It will be an incredible and eye-opening read—I will keep you all posted! 

Lastly, I have sorted out a meal prep company, so I will meet all my nutrition, micro, and macro requirements to support all my goals. I will have four meals daily: 2x Rice, beef, and vegetables, 1x Rice, salmon, and vegetables, and 1x Rice, chicken, egg, and vegetables. I will also get all my electrolytes, rehydrating them with coconut water and anything additional if needed. 

I think it’s going to be a very productive couple of months!

Yaaay!! I'm so happy to hear that you've found out what was going on with your high cortisol issues! And that you're feeling so much better in just a couple of days! 🙌😃 Wow, I can't believe it was all due to a specific vitamin deficiency too! 😲 That's crazy, but yeah hopefully everything will continue to improve here soon! 🙏☺️ I'm really excited to hear more about your experiences with meditation and the book you've been reading too! 😃👍🧘🏼‍♀️ Looking forward to following you along on all the incredible adventures ahead this November! So glad to hear you are feeling better and you're able to meditate. I have used YT for a while to help me with meditation. It blocked all the outside influences so I could concentrate within. I would feel lost without it. It really helps me find my center. Sending you lots of love and high vibes. ❤️
