Great update and lots of introspection! Agree with the run training - lots of gentle building up required - check out “polarised training” or 80/20 training…

Hearing you say that you are happy with the way you look right now absolutely made my day. As a person who’s trained for most of my life and been in the very best shape possible down to the worst shape, there are probably only a handful of days where I could actually say that I felt content with the way I looked. Even when I’ve looked amazing, I was still very critical of myself. I hope after this rough week that the last two weeks of cutting will seem easy by comparison. You look absolutely amazing and your positivity is contagious and inspiring.
