Prep updates

Time is flying, and we are now four weeks away from competition! 

My coach and I are very happy with how my physique is coming along. No changes have been made so far this week (potentially, there will be changes on Sunday). I am getting leaner each week, and I feel my physique is popping without looking drained and flat—long may this continue! 

My body fat has definitely reduced, and I feel more energized than ever. I prefer to stay in this condition when the comp has finished. The hard work is hopefully paying off! 

Cardio is currently 30 minutes on the stairs six days a week and 60 minutes on the Stairmaster one day per week (day off weights). Steps are at 15k per day, and weight training is still six days a week. Recovery from sessions has been excellent, and we have been able to push with a lot of intensity in sessions. The only variable still not 💯 is sleep—my ongoing battle! 

I have a posing lesson this weekend and next week as this is the area with the bodybuilding/ bikini category that I need to focus on/ get better (over the coming weeks). I will also try to improve this once this prep is over (so if I  compete in Bikini Pro in the future, I will feel a lot more confident going into it)- not leaving it at the last minute!

It's just over four weeks until we head back to Bali, and I am more excited than ever before! My creative imagination is going crazy with beautiful ideas to hopefully create and share with you all. Obviously, I have just created the new higher tier, which hopefully will be the best content coming up (to date!) I have made this tier live and will start posting content this weekend. In addition, we will be embarking on Hyrox training.

What a fantastic end to the year it will be.

Training and switching sports will be a lot of hard work, but I find it interesting how the body adapts to different training styles and what the body and mind can achieve with discipline, practice, consistency, and goals.  

Likely, I will not compete in Hyrox until next year(I have reflected upon things, and I think spending longer in an off-season building endurance phase will be more beneficial, giving me as much preparation as possible (to go straight into the pro category). I want to see what is possible with intense training over six months- 1 year. As soon as this training, I will share as much as possible with updates and how this training style compares to bodybuilding.

I feel so blessed to be able to spend my days creating movement routines, training intensely, and trying to optimize recovery, performance, mindset, and physique. At times, as with anything, it can be incredibly challenging and tiring, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I have learned to embrace and try to find joy in every step of the journey. For me, the journey is always the most important; evolution is through the process.

The only other update is that if you would like a custom video and are eligible ( have been a member of the £50 tier for a minimum of 6 months), please let me know as soon as possible. I will have a 4-week processing time and will start planning content before I head to Bali—sorting out outfits, filming locations, and creative ideas.
