July will be wonderful

Good evening all,

I hope you are having an excellent start to July!

July is my favorite month of the year, and I feel excellent about the next couple of weeks.

I was in Bacalar this weekend, and wow, that is all I can say. What a stunning place. If you ever visit Mexico, it is a must-see. The water is renowned for its striking blue colour and is seven different shades of blue.

Yesterday was a full moon known as the Supermoon (I believe the largest moon of the year). It's been a perfect start to July.

I am very much looking forward to creating the content for this month!

I have over two weeks left in Mexico, so I will try and get some content in beautiful locations, and I am excited about some fun ideas I have with everything.

Training has been going very well, and I have reintroduced Crossfit! So we are back to 3 sessions a day, usually 1x cardio, 1x Crossfit, and 1x handstand and bodybuilding session.

Mexico has been amazing, and I feel like I can integrate into the community here (this past yr, it has been important to me to do this). After 2/3 yrs of covid and then solo traveling, I realized that the thing I felt was missing was community. However, Mexico and Phuket, Thailand, have been places where I have fallen on my feet and found what I was looking for.

Anyway, I am grateful to live and experience life in these places/train, meet incredible people, and share my journey with you all.

I have some new and amazing clients for coaching, and my main priority, as well as training (when home), is to expand my client base, get better systems in place, and create beautiful and artistic content.

I really can't ever thank you enough. I hope you are having a great start to July, and see you for a video Thursday.
