Prioritising flow- flow is a natural way of being fully immersed in a feeling of energised focus. We can tap into higher faculties of the mind. We may experience challenges but not overwhelm. We live in the present, enjoying every moment.
When we allow our attention to be on our vision, we allow thoughts that do not resonate with our vision to pass. These thoughts can not affect us if we donβt place our attention and awareness on them. When we accept we are complete within, we can express ourselves automatically from a place of flow, thus experiencing bliss.
