Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️❤️

Happy Valentine's everyone! Sending all my love and positive vibes to you all 💕

My Valentine's has been the gym (as always) 😂. Although, I must admit it's been an epic day with training 😊.

I hope you are all having a great start to the week ❤️

This week the real work has begun! Training has stepped up a notch; yesterday and today, I have trained four sessions each day. I feel physically exhausted, but I recover quickly and improve my fitness. At the end of this week's training, I should be used to 4 intense sessions daily. When training 3-4 sessions daily, I am very productive with everything I do and have a perfect flow to my day!

As well as all the CrossFit style classes, drills, bodybuilding sessions, and handstands, I have also been adding contortion. So I will probably film some contortion follow-along again. And the fitness challenges will be coming (when my body has adjusted to 3/4 sessions a day 😂).

My sleep has been the only factor that remains suboptimal at the moment. It's never really great, but sometimes I find that I sleep worse when I train more....

Anyway, in the next couple of days, I hope that it will improve.

I will do a try-on with all the outfits I have with me in Phuket (tomorrow) and movement/yoga/ stretch videos later in the week 🧘‍♀️ 💪 🤸‍♀️.

Much love, R xx ❤️❤️

Thank you very much and to you too 🤗. Yes, I've heard its quite normal with an increase in training (especially more endurance) and lack of sleep. Fingers crossed it will soon 😊

Happy Valentine's! Hope you've had a good day. Totally understand re the sleep, although I'm more endurance training focussed (cycling), but after a long ride or a hard session I find it really hard to sleep. Autonomous stress I suppose! Hope things settle for you soon and you're able to get some quality sleep and recovery!
