Good morning everyone!
I checked with my coach yesterday, and we are pleased with how everything is going physique-wise. Priorities have been building lean mass (without too much body fat% increase), and so far, so good. This week we have a bit of a push-up with food.
It is difficult to be 100% with macros when traveling and eating out at restaurants. However, I am lucky to be in a place where they accommodate very well to track calories. And as soon as we start prep, I will have a meal prep company (if still traveling) or cook for all of my meals (if home).
My intake has increased from 2210 to 2330cals a day. You know my energy expenditure is very high as I am doing CrossFit and drills/ conditioning classes on top of my regular bodybuilding training; this will only be for the next week. Then we will be back in Bali, and my main focus will shift to weight training and gymnastic/ handstand and contortion training.
We have some incredibly exciting news, so I will fill you guys in when the decision is made.
When I head back to Bali, I will start training at two gyms, the gym I usually train at for weight sessions and the gymnastic-based gym where (with a sprung floor). In addition, I need to start working on my power movements/ tumbles and choreography for a new routine for 2023.
I am sad to be leaving Phuket now as I have really got into the swing of everything and have met some lovely people here. But as you guys know, I love Bali so much, so I'm sure it will be even better!
Anyway, wherever I go, I am always fortunate to meet amazing people, train in some epic gyms, and have the best time!
I am forever thankful for all your support.
