Good morning everyone!
The start of another fantastic week :).
My structure this week is going to be incredible!
Every day I have Drills sergeant booked first thing (a brutal endurance-based class), followed by a Crossfit class.
I will then do my body-building weight session in the afternoon and potentially a handstand session in the evening (if I still have energy π). I got to say I am very excited about this upcoming week. I think it will be a real test of my endurance!!
I also want to start writing the first couple of pieces for the newsletter I will launch.
My stomach is finally feeling less bloated, and I want to keep it this way!!
With all the training I will be doing, nutrition needs to be on point so a lot of chicken and rice meals can stay on the safe side. Maybe some protein pancakes are thrown in, too π.
