Good afternoon all, happy Friday :)
I have finally settled into Phuket! It's taken quite a long time, but I feel a lot happier now and am enjoying the CrossFit and drill-based torture đ
Everyone in the classes is super friendly, and I am getting into a good routine. The bloating is still here, but hopefully will go in the next couple of days đ.
This morning I did my favourite class so far) 'drill sergeant, ' pretty hardcore but an excellent way to wake up for the day!!
I still miss Bali but will be back in less than two weeks. So I will get the most out of training and enjoy the next two weeks in Phuket.
Food prep has been pretty good as my location has many healthy restaurants, and of course, I always get the protein pancakes to start my day đ.
I've been training three sessions a day for the past few days, so I will keep this up for the remainder of my time in Phuket.
I have also been working on Olympic lifting in some of the classes (it's good to practice the technique again!), and always enjoyable to learn new skills.
Anyway, we will be back to unusual bodybuilding training set up when back in Bali as we have the Olympia to qualify for next year!!!
