Phuket routine

Good morning guys,

Happy Sunday!! We are finally feeling better, and from tomorrow will be in full swing with living on the fitness street in Phuket. Most things are closed on a Sunday, so today will be my rest day before starting 2/3 weeks of hard-core training.

The food here is fantastic! There are many healthy options; everything is geared toward eating like an athlete. There is an abundance of chicken, rice, veg, and protein shakes. EVERYWHERE haha.

From tomorrow I will train 3-4 times daily (I will be signing up for the CrossFit-style gym). I plan on doing some pretty brutal classes (drill sergeant, morning glory, and CrossFit daily). In addition, I will be getting in all my weight sessions (priority for my Miss Olympia comp prep 2023!! We got to go after this 😏😏) and doing my handstand/ gymnastic style sessions. Luckily there are a lot of places for massage (as I will need it after my intense training regime). We can also film in gyms to take you guys along for some of the sessions :).

I am just excited to get stuck in now. The last couple of training days have not been good (due to the month's time), but now we are on my period, things will be back to total capacity, and energy levels will be high.

This next month is sure to exceed all others; stay tuned.
