Last couple of days in Bali

Happy Monday, everyone,

I hope you have all had a wonderful weekend and are ready for an epic week!

We have the last few days in Bali before moving to Phuket for a couple of weeks (we will be flying on Wednesday).

I have had my check-in with my coach today and am currently waiting to hear back. However, We have already made some positive body recomposition changes without really gaining fat (long may this continue!!).

Food in Bali has been incredible, and I have tried my best to consume food to fit into my calorie and macro intake of 2210cals.

I have been enjoying my new training setup with weights, and my exercise execution has been on point.

I was hoping to take a trip to Ubud before leaving Bali for this trip (unfortunately, I won’t get time to do this). But maybe when I a back mid-Nov.

Honestly, guys, I have loved being back and am returning to a very productive and full-flow state.

When I aim in this flow or optimal state, I find it best to create content for you all. Things are going to get better and better :).

These are my check-in pics today (I am feeling a bit bloated (but that is normal this time of the month). But I also feel happy and excited about what’s to come. There is a potential I will collab with someone when I return to Bali to create a flexible/ handstand based course for my clients (I will meet with them to discuss soon). That’s all the updates (and I promise an entire wardrobe try-on for Bali will be out soon ;)).
