I’ve been looking back at some of my competition pictures today, and I feel excellent about what’s to come this year.

As I mentioned in my last post, this trip to Mexico was much needed to reflect, refresh and revitalise.

Whenever I travel, I always meet inspiring entrepreneurs and fitness professionals, and it sparks something in me. Something that resonates so profoundly with me. I think it can only be described as my true self.

Who I aspire to be—an artist and creator. I would love to inspire and create beauty and happiness.

I have always wanted this, and my expression is through movement and sharing my journey. My goals are stepping stones in helping me work closer toward my true self.

My inner voice shines through when I am experiencing flow in my life. When actions and awareness align, my capabilities, behaviours, and environments contribute significantly to achieving this flow state, and I realise how this state is how I can connect with my inner voice.

Looking back at pictures today reminded me of my journey. It triggered emotions and feelings of happiness. It reminded me of the times that have been challenging and enriching times. Now I continue the journey toward competing and creating something beyond beautiful. I feel so much gratitude toward you all.

This next month, I want to focus on expressing myself more freely, trusting my prep coach for the upcoming competition in September, and creating beautiful content for you all.
