Good morning everyone !!
I thought I would give you an update from what’s been going on this week. It’s been a crazy one.
Firstly, I have decided to go ahead with having a coach for the next 7weeks (leading up to comp). I think it’s really good to have a coach for accountability and making sure that I am progressing how I should be. I have gone with the coach I previously had as he already knows my body and capabilities and as we don’t have long I think it’s the best decision.
And with that we have started a new plan: Push, Pull, legs, rest, repeat.
Fasted morning cardio 30mins a day
Post workout cardio 10mins intervals
Steps 11000 a day
Meal plan I am back to 6 meals a day separate plan for training and rest day.
I really like have a plan of action in place and the prep journey :).
The other news is that I will be moving back to Oxford in November !
