So the first week of the summer shred begins.
I am really looking forward to seeing what physique I can bring to the table over the next 8 weeks.
Being able to train properly now gyms are back open is ideal and makes cutting so much easier.
This morning I have been to the gym and done a shoulder and arm session and then a 20min treadmill walk.
Later on I will train handstands and a bit of routine development and stair master intervals.
I will also get in at least 10k steps today.
I will be sticking to roughly 2200 cals a day and at least 160g of protein.
