Birthday physique update 24th July 2020
Added 2020-07-24 05:45:32 +0000 UTCI can’t quite believe I am 26 today ! I guess the saying ‘time fly’s when you are having fun’ comes to mind.
Me and my friends are going to go strawberry picking and then this evening going out for dinner with the parents. Should be a lovely day ! And we have seem to have lovely weather too ☀️ 🍓.
Anyway physique update, I think this will be the last slightly softer physique update post. Basically gyms open tomorrow (as I mentioned in my last post..... ) and so it’s time to get back to 2x training a day !!
Let’s see what the next year brings, I believe lots of exciting opportunity and potential of moving back to Asia 😃. (If you don’t know already, I lived there on and off for the past 2 years.)
There will be many benefits and beautiful locations to film and shoot in for you guys. I can only see pros to making this move once restrictions lift.
