I just wanted to message you after seeing your workout video and don't think I am sticking my nose in but are you sure everything is OK with you. You looked very fed up, as if you didn't want to be doing your workout video. I know you have your eye condition and now JJJ being sick, it is easy to let things drag you down. If you are not OK then please don't hesitate to message me for a chat as I offered before, I know from experience that keeping problems locked away inside you is not good. I know we don't really know each other but I like you as a person and don't want to see you getting depressed about life. I hope I am wrong but if there is something making you feel down please do chat to me, I am 100% genuine. A problem shared is a problem halved. As I say I really hope I am wrong.
